In this 1-hour online meeting, you'll meet your Client Success Manager. You will talk about your business goals and project expectations. You will also decide how often to communicate and meet based on your timeline and schedule.

This series consists of up to three one-hour meetings. They want to assist you in finding support roles, organizing support requests, and identifying areas for improvement within your organization. They aim to help you locate suitable support positions. They can help you categorize support requests. They can also help you pinpoint areas where you can enhance operations within your organization.

We will conduct a maximum of seven one-hour discussions to explore how your establishment can assist customers with user-friendly technology. We'll devise a strategy (blueprint) that illustrates how your procedure will function moving forward. This strategy will aid us in establishing the platform for your use.

We will provide you with a tailored strategy to ensure a seamless implementation and training process.

Your package includes up to 5 hours of online instruction. This education will assist you and your team in effectively utilizing the system. We employ a teach-the-teacher method, where we educate a set of administrative users who can subsequently instruct the rest of your establishment.

You will receive support for up to 12 hours following your launch, distributed across 5 working days. This duration will be utilized to assist with any queries or problems that arise during the initial rollout.
